I’m Samantha B., and I help everyday people build confidence, strength and structure without judgement or confusion.

I started lifting at 18 but spent years dealing with self-doubt, comparison and pressure to shrink myself. After major health challenges and gaining over 40 kilos, I had to rebuild everything from scratch.

I couldn’t find a trainer who understood what that felt like.
So I became that trainer.

Now I coach people to move with purpose, fuel their body well and train in a way that feels safe and empowering. Your plan will work with your lifestyle, not against it.
